Former Israeli national soccer teammates Tomer Eliyahu, and Abbas Suan hang out on the beach in Jaffa, Israel, Feb. 1, 2006. Near by is Bloomfield Stadium, one of the many arenas they have played in together. The two friends don't let the fact that they are Jewish and Muslim respectively, get in the way of their love for the game. Suan, himself an Israeli-Arab, still faces racist criticism resulting from the unsettled conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians.
