Lost At Sea
Add to Lightbox DownloadChief Engineer Gaby Jarjour, left, and A/B Seaman Fadi Joubili, right, both of Lebanon, dock the Bisanzio so it can be loaded in Port Said, Egypt on April 8, 2008. The Bisanzio, a feeder ship taking containers from Port Said to Beirut, is Lebanese owned but flies a St. Vincent flag. The Suez Canal is one of the most important shipping routes in the world, as it allows allows two-way water transportation - most importantly between Europe and Asia without the circumnavigation of Africa.
